This site presents professional services and references companies I run, so it is treated as a commercial service rather than a purely private page.

Relationship to BARADATA and HIWEBER

This site is run by me as a private individual. It is not operated by, and does not speak for, BARADATA Oy or HIWEBER. Those companies appear here because I founded and work at them — they are part of the professional history this CV describes — but nothing on this site is a statement by either company, and neither is a party to anything arising from it. Their own websites carry their own company details.

No business is transacted through this site, so no Business ID, trade register entry or VAT number applies to it.

Nature of this site

This is a curriculum vitae and professional portfolio. Nothing is sold, ordered or paid for through it: there is no shop, no booking flow, no subscription and no contract concluded online. Consequently no consumer withdrawal rights, delivery terms or online dispute-resolution obligations arise from it. If that ever changes — if the site starts selling anything — this page and the terms around it need revisiting first.

Professional enquiries are welcome by email; any resulting engagement is agreed separately and is not governed by this website.

Links to other sites

Besides the two company sites named above, this site links to third-party platforms and to past project sites. Their content is not mine and I do not control it. Everything linked was checked for lawful content when it was added; ongoing monitoring of external pages without concrete grounds for suspicion is not something I undertake, and anything unlawful will be removed on notice.
